Olive Oil
Olive Oil was added to the brand al Arabi in 1950. The olive oil is chosen up to a specific standard, which is in the mean time compatible to the world specification. All new samples are submitted to the laboratory for chemical analysis before taking the taste test. In our stock the olive oil is stored in a firm closed stainless steel tankers to preserve the quality of the product. The validity of the olive oil is one year from pressing date, any overstock is not thrown away but it is transferred to the production of olive oil soap.

Detergents
Detergent in a soap factory is a must, everything that has a relation to the house care; soap factory is expected to supply it. So in the ninety's liquid and powder detergent were considered as priorities, Dishwashing liquid was the first to be launched into market and then powder detergent. Powder detergent is more complex so combination of formulae were considered and put to the test, studying the market found that it is need of two types, so it had to be done. Our detergent products presently in the market are:

  • Dishwashing Liquid brand name DISH
  • Laundry powder detergent brand name KALO matic our No. 1 Detergent
  • Laundry powder detergent brand name SUPREME our No. 2 Detergent

Soap
Soap Factory Al Arabi1 AL Jadid Was Established In 1935, Started To Produce Soap Bars Made Solely From Olive Oil, Until new Raw Materials were introduced to our market (The Manufacturer market) like palm, coconut oil and fatty acids then new brands under al Arabi had to be created to match competition, so at that time brands under al Arabi were:




  • Soap made from 100% of olive oil.
  • Soap made from olive oil and palm oil used as bath soap.
  • Soap made from palm and coconut oil used as hand wash.
  • Soap made from the kernel of olive oil and used as laundry and dish wash.
  • Soap powder used for laundry wash.

Keeping the quality and improving the shape was our main goal, the bar soap had the square 90 degrees edges, some customers accepting quality and refusing the shape so recently Our finishing procedure line was modified and the soap bar has been given new shape, the look of the edge was rounded and the grip little smaller, In return this action has given the soap an improvement specially the foam and cleaning performance.
